Water Quality Laboratory - Barnstable County
Join the Barnstable County Department of Health & Environment as the Water Quality Laboratory Business Manager. Position will work under the general direction of the Laboratory Director and will perform various administrative business management, and professional functions, requiring considerable judgment in planning, organizing, and analyzing laboratory business activities; including oversight of laboratory expenses and revenue. Part-time (19.5 hours per week)
Position qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry or closely related field with a minimum of 12 chemistry credits required. Five to seven years of experience in business management of an environmental analysis laboratory preferred. Chemical industry or research laboratory supervisory experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Features:
Annual Salary: $43.54 - $46.85 per hour
