This unit for biology students in grade 9-12 was developed by by Siobhan Curran through her 2017 Teacher-in-Residence at Smithers Viscient.

Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines for record keeping have been adapted for use with high school laboratory notebooks. Proper laboratory record keeping techniques are legally required in industry; developing this skill early can help students with future careers.
