YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE: A highly motivated, enthusiastic professional ready to fill the role of a software developer. Our team is seeking a candidate with 1+ years of experience that is willing to take on a key role in building real estate software with a focus on team building.

CHALLENGES: Learn to innovate at a fast pace using Agile and Lean-Startup methodologies. - Build daily and rapidly. - Develop prototype into working MVP by watching how people use them, analyzing behavior and releasing early and often. - Build software customers love!

YOU WILL WORK ON: - Process improvement projects. - Building and improving software.

YOU WILL: - Evaluate feedback coming from end users and use it to set direction and priorities. - Implement engineering best practices such as; rapid prototyping, analytics, Lean UX design, continuous integration and test-driven development. - Follow Agile development methodologies. - Program using a wide range of languages including SQL, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap, Angular, Spring MVC, Amazon Web Services and various other database and web technologies. - Document, blog about and otherwise promote the tools you make. - Gauge real world impact of the tools you make and know you're making a difference.

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED, YOU NEED A HEALTHY MIX OF THE FOLLOWING: - Passion for programming (Angular). - Hands-on programming experience through coursework, projects, and previous positions. - An understanding of software development. - The ability to laugh at yourself. - Reliable transportation or the ability to fly. - The ability to understand and make yourself understood by others. - The belief that you can make the world a better place!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
